The Creekside Pub & Brewery is looking to fill the role of Kitchen Manager. This individual will be responsible for all back-of-house duties including maintaining high standards of food quality, safety standards, and daily kitchen operations.
Other duties include:
- hiring and training kitchen staff
- creating kitchen staff schedules
- managing food inventory levels to ensure kitchen is adequately stocked including monthly inventory counts
- overseeing daily prep
- contributing to weekly and monthly feature meals and menu items
