Thomcat Management Ltd. is a heavy construction company looking for a part-time office/accounting assistant to assist the Office Manager with bookkeeping/account, administrative duties and to provide vacation coverage.
We are looking for a candidate that is extremely organized, ability to multi-task, a good knowledge of accounting and payroll and is able to provide a support role for both the Office Manager and Safety Manager.
Preference will be given to application with experience in the following:
- SAGE 50
- Detailed knowledge of Excel
- HR and Payroll
- A/P
There is flexibility on days/hours. May be more hours available during training and busy season which is typically May to the end of September.
