Description

As a Subprime Finance Manager you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with less than perfect credit obtain financing for their vehicle purchases.

What youll be doing:
-Experience in Sales, dealership finance, or related field is a plus
-Evaluate customers' credit applications and financial situations to determine eligibility for subprime financing.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions specializing in subprime financing.
-Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers.
-Guide customers through the financing process, explaining terms, rates, and repayment options in a clear and understandable manner.
-Collect necessary documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the financing process.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any questions or concerns regarding financing terms or agreements.
-Strong negotiation skills and ability to negotiate effectively
-Proficiency in Math and financial analysis
-Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships

We're looking for:
-Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive financing, with a focus on subprime lending.
-Strong understanding of credit and lending practices, particularly in the subprime market.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and finance-related software.
