As a Finance Manager you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with less than perfect credit obtain financing for their vehicle purchases. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to navigate the complexities of subprime financing, ensuring that every customer receives personalized attention and the best possible financing options tailored to their unique needs.
What youll be doing:
-Experience in Sales, dealership finance, or related field is a plus
-Evaluate customers' credit applications and financial situations to determine eligibility for subprime financing.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions specializing in subprime financing.
-Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers.
-Guide customers through the financing process, explaining terms, rates, and repayment options in a clear and understandable manner.
-Collect necessary documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the financing process.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any questions or concerns regarding financing terms or agreements.
-Strong negotiation skills and ability to negotiate effectively
-Proficiency in Math and financial analysis
-Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
We're looking for:
-Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive financing, with a focus on subprime lending.
-Strong understanding of credit and lending practices, particularly in the subprime market.
