HJ'S Gas Service Corp is looking for a store supervisor who is responsible and energetic to join our team. This is a full-time permanent offer.Our operation hours is 8 AM to 8 PM every day. The offered hourly wage is $20.00 CAD per hour and you are expected to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week). Overtime pay will be calculated after working 8 hours each day and 40 hours each week. You are entitled to 3 weeks paid vacation leave after 12 months of full-time employment with us.

Your main duties:
Coordinate work schedules, assign duties and monitor staff performance;
Track sales, assist with budgeting, and develop marketing plans;
Maintain the store's visual appeal, ensuring displays are attractive and promoting offers regularly;
Track inventory and manage product orders;
Hire and train new staff members;
Address customer requests, comments, and complaints;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store;
Open and close the store as needed;
Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:
Completion of high school diploma;
Able to work within the team and independently;
Able to prioritize tasks and follow work schedules;
Able to work on flexible schedules when needed;
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is required.
