Description

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a commercial truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise

Experience:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- Proven track record of safe driving practices and adherence to traffic laws and regulations
- Experience operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts or other machinery, is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus

Skills:
- Proficient in operating commercial trucks and navigating various road conditions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Strong attention to detail to accurately complete paperwork and maintain records
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules and deadlines
- Good communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members effectively
