Moose Jaw Co-op is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator at our Prairie Plains location in Moose Jaw, SK.
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall operation of the facilities office through daily administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for agriculture members and customers and will redirect inquiries to the appropriate resource or manager when needed. The Administrative Coordinator is a critical part of the team at our Prairie Plains Crop Inputs location, and will:
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the customer experience
Consistently provide exceptional customer service and reception
Interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and/or via email
Assist customers by completing product and service orders, arranging logistics
Receive and post payments to customer accounts
Process documents in our point of sale / accounting system
Prepare, review, and file confidential documents, reports, and other correspondence materials
Maintain a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism
