Job Description:
Lakeside Spirit is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store operations while leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
    Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail staff and cashiers to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
    Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules to optimize store operations.
    Authorize payments and oversee the return of merchandise, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages promptly and effectively.
    Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
    Prepare and analyze reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to identify opportunities for improvement.
    Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Hire, train, and develop new sales staff, monitoring and reporting on their performance.
    Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, including displays, signage, and overall cleanliness.
    Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive store sales and enhance customer engagement.
    Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.
