Position Summary:
Sunchild Law is looking for a full-time office receptionist to work in its Saskatoon office. The position includes answering phones, preparing documents and letters, ordering office supplies and other assigned duties.
This is a great positions for someone who enjoys detail-oriented tasks, writing and dealing with the public. The candidate must be proactive; have meticulous attention to detail; exceptional organizational skills; possess and demonstrate effective time management skills.
Candidates must have:
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, excel, and Adobe;
-Strong work ethic;
-Detail-oriented individual with superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities;
-Client-centered approach with the commitment to providing outstanding and professional service;
-Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict deadlines;
-A minimum of 1 year experience working in an office environment and team-setting;
-1-2 years post-secondary education;
-Knowledge of Indigenous language and culture.
