Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain facilities.
Communicate with management regarding any maintenance issues or supply needs.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns from facility occupants promptly.
Follow safety protocols while using power tools and hand tools during cleaning tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
