Description

We are now accepting applications for an outstanding person who is friendly, outgoing, reliable, and caring to take a position at our office in Warman.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm & Friday 8am-2pm with one rotating evening per week and the occasional Saturday. Dental or medical office experience is preferred but will train the right person. Must have administrative experience. You may also be required to cover sick or holiday days at our 2 other locations; Erindale Dental & Kensington Dental in Saskatoon.

Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward calls
Greeting patients
Booking appointments
Collecting payments
Enforcing office policy with grace
Preparing daily deposits
Invoicing patients
Communicating with service providers and insurance companies
Patient follow-up calls
Other general administrative duties as required

Required Skills
Efficient with computers
Experience working in dental offices and Dentrix program is preferred but not necessary
Knowledge of dental insurance processes
