Our team is looking for a dependable and experienced Commercial Cleaner. You will provide custodial services to various commercial properties. Our ideal applicant is available to clean properties on mornings, nights and weekends and has experience using various types of cleaning supplies and tools.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

1. Cleaning and sanitizing all designated areas including bathrooms, kitchens, offices, change rooms, showrooms, and all other common areas.
2. Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors as required. Use of compact floor scrubber as needed.
3. Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
4. Restocking supplies and notifying management when additional inventory is needed.
5. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and adhering to all safety regulations.

Qualifications
1. Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
2. Standard knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment preferred.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
