1. Job Description
* Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
* Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
* Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
* Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
* Cleaning the bar and the space around it
* Keeping health, safety, and liquor licenses current and ensuring that employees comply with them
* Monitoring the inventory and ordering new supplies and ingredients when needed
* Analyzing costs and sales statistics to create a budget and decide which cocktails and menu items to promote
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
* Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
2. Requirements
Completion of Secondary School
2-3 years of relevant work experience
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player
Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and attention to detail

Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30~40 hours/w)
Start date: ASAP
Wage: $22.25per hour
