We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join Yorkton Surgery Clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of medical charts and documentation for surgical procedures.
- Ensure patient information is accurately entered into the Accuro EMR system.
- Process billing and insurance claims in accordance with the Medical Services Branch guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space to enhance workflow and patient experience.
- Provide support to medical staff and communicate effectively with patients.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of Accuro EMR is an asset.
- Completion of courses for billing from Accuro and the Medical Services Branch is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
