We are looking for an experienced Accountant to ensure the accurate and efficient execution of financial processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the accounting cycle, including payroll, PST and GST remittance, month-end financials, and year-end preparation for CPA review. Responsibilities:
-Handle payroll processing
-Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
-Remit to the CRA
-Ensure accurate and timely reporting
-Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
-Ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
-Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as required.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in accounts payable or dealership accounting preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Accounting designation (CPA) and/or equivalent experience
