Greeting individuals and attending the business office.
Answering phones, taking, and forwarding messages and emails from clients regarding Quotes and Invoices.
May include cash management which involves daily sales reconciliation, writing and making bank deposits, and writing receipts. processing payments, and receipting electronic funds.
Cleaning of public office areas and private office areas at times is needed.
Other duties such as invoicing etc. may arise from time to time and be assigned to the Employee required.
Create and close service work orders.
Order parts and maintain adequate levels of inventory and supplies
every day.
