Campbell & Haliburton Group is seeking a committed and skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team. The Accounting Assistant collaborates with the accounting and property management teams to handle various accounting tasks across a diverse portfolio. This role primarily focuses on receiving, processing, and verifying all accounts payable.

Duties:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: - Assisting the accounting department with data entry, account
payables, payments processing, and payment reconciliations and
performing other departmental duties.
- Communications with property managers, clients, and others
- Clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
- Perform minor account reconciliations.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks.
