Description

The Justice Worker is responsible for the advocacy and court navigation for youth and/or adults that are referred to the Alternative Measures/Extrajudicial Sanctions and/or Community Reintegration programs.
Case manage the activities and functions of an assigned caseload of youth and/or adults;
Promote and provide Restorative Justice processes in the form of community justice mediation circles, victim-offender mediation and accountability conferences;
Provide mentorship, guidance and support to assigned youth and/or adults and serve as a positive role model in the community for all youth and adults;
Engage Relatives, their family, victims and other community members in restoring harmony and promote healing in a culturally sensitive manner;
