Description

Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre requires a permanent, full-time Executive Assistant within the Corporate Services Division of Sask DLC. The position will commence on October 22, 2024 or an agreed upon date with the successful candidate. The position will be located at our Kenaston Head Office.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Director of Information Technology you will:
Oversee daily duties of administrative assistant employees to ensure that intake quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
Give guidance to administrative assistant employees in handling intake and data errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff
Perform employee evaluations and make recommendations on personnel actions
Prepare and manage school data reports, correspondence and other documents using a database or word processing
Work with other supervisors to coordinate school administrative activities with other departments, or teams
Implement company or departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards
Maintain records, including student records, intake process, intake billing, and student maintenance documentation
The ideal candidate will be organized, logical and attentive to detail as well as approachable and professional when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.  
In addition, we require:
Knowledge of technology software and procedures; Excel, Word, PDF applications as well as a willingness to learn software critical to Sask DLC student registration.
The successful candidate will demonstrate their ability to be an effective problem solver with excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organizational planning
