Position Summary:
The Crop Specialist assists the Procurement division in the management of complete field-to-customer business of assigned conventional and organic grain(s). The Crop Specialist will be active in Grain Millers general procurement business but will especially focus on specialty production programs such as organics, sustainable growth program producers. The position is responsible for establishing and shepherding contracts related to specialty programing with grain producers, as well as monitoring production and program compliance.
