The successful candidate will understand the employment needs of persons with disabilities and significant barriers. This person will be able to assess, monitor and facilitate positive growth of the capacities of individuals in the workforce. Teaching individuals the tasks needed to complete a job is imperative. This person must be willing to assist clients in a variety of workplaces. This individual must ensure clients' safety with transportation to and from work. Being available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, may be necessary. Will include office duties. intermediate digital skills an asset. A valid driver's license & a reliable vehicle are essential. Must be able to clear a criminal record check with the vulnerable sector. Experience in working with persons with disabilities is considered an asset.
