Applications will be accepted for a Full Time Permanent (7.5 hours/day - 12 months) Administrative Assistant at the Division Office in Melfort with duties to commence as soon as mutually agreed upon.
Qualifications
A Grade 12 diploma from a provincially recognized institution or equivalent
Preference will be given to those with a post-secondary diploma or certificate from a recognized institution in business or office administration
1 - 3 years office or administrative assistant experience
Advanced knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as additional software comparable to those currently used in the school division.
