This position requires strong attention to detail and a passion for administrative tasks. Some of the required tasks are:
-Answer and direct phone calls
-General clerical duties, including filing and document management
-Data entry such as accounts payable invoices
-Maintain office supplies and inventory, place orders when necessary
-Support team members with various admin tasks
-Be open to training in other departments, such as Parts & Service
