Description

3twenty Modular is seeking a full-time permanent Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team. This opportunity is based in Saskatoon, SK, and occasional travel is required.
The standard hours are listed below, but the hours may vary as required.  
Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (8 hours) or
Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (10 hours)

What youll do:
Assist licensed electricians with the electrical requirements of the construction process, including layout, assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices and related equipment in buildings and other structures.
Learn to read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations.
Test circuit continuity using testing equipment to ensure compatibility and safety of systems following installation, replacement, or repair.
Handle tools and materials necessary for electrical work, including wiring, conduits, and fixtures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly storing all tools and equipment.
Occasionally travel to project sites for setup when required.
Other job duties as assigned.

What youll bring:
2nd, 3rd, or 4th year Saskatchewan apprenticeship status.
A minimum of 2 years of light commercial construction experience is preferred.
Physical capability for heaving lifting, working on heights and comfort in a construction environment.
Organization, drive, and a hardworking personality with the ability to work independently.
Safety-conscious focus, ensuring all work is completed safely.
Ability to read blueprints.
Willing and able to travel to project sites with some overnight out-of-town travel required.
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
