We are currently seeking a full-time grain farm worker to join us on our farm to help finish the 2024 Harvest. For the right individual full-time long-term employment is available.

Duties on the farm include (but are NOT limited to):
        Operating of equipment (John Deere combines, grain cart, John Deere tractors, harrows, etc.)
        Pre-season servicing of equipment for the next year once harvest is complete
        Hauling grain (CLASS 1A LICENSE NEEDED FOR THIS)
        General daily maintenance of all equipment and trucks being used.
        General yard/farm duties

Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 1-2 years of grain farm experience and who are/will be:
        Honest/reliable,
        Hardworking,
        Mechanically inclined is considered an asset,
        Physically fit,
        Able to work long hours including weekends, holidays and extended daily hours when needed,
        Attentive to detail and follow instructions
        Who have their Class 5 or 1A Driver's License. Preference will be given to individuals with their Class 1A Driver's License.

Wages will be based on experience.

Living accommodations can be provided if needed. These accommodations are rent free BUT damage deposit is taken (will be returned if no damage is done and you leave) and monthly cleaning bills are divided between those living there. Homecooked supper meals are also provided for those working well past 6:30pm.
