The Commissionaires South Saskatchewan Division is looking for a dedicated individual to work as a full-time Site Supervisor at Swift Current Hospital. You would be the site supervisor for all commissionaires assigned to this location. You would be responsible to manage and oversee the team through all Human Resources, coaching and scheduling needs. You may be required to work a variety of different shifts in order to maintain the quality of service expected by the Commissionaires and the 24 hour operation of the hospital.

As the Supervisor, you must display the ability to learn extensive details in scheduling, assignments, and special events procedures that this position will be ultimately responsible to ensure they are being followed and administered properly. It is imperative that you can showcase an understanding for safety-related procedures and are responsible to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and clients. You should have advanced interpersonal and diplomatic skills. In the event of an incident, you would be responsible to mitigate and/or provide direction and assistance to ensure the safety of personnel
