Description

Perform weekly cleaning of hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators in apartment buildings.
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure clean and tidy common areas.
Keep the exterior of the building neat by regularly sweeping walkways, entrances, and surrounding grounds.
Perform deep cleaning of vacated apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
Ensure all appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, etc.) are cleaned thoroughly.
Clean windows, floors, baseboards, walls, and doors in units before new tenants move in.
Conduct routine checks on cleanliness and report any maintenance issues, such as leaks or damages, to the property management team.
