Description

Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch is currently seeking a Full Tim Payroll Clerk to work in our accounting department.  

The successful incumbent will share the responsibilities of
processing payroll, deductions, issuing ROEs, T4s, entering new
employees, prepare benefits and RRSP billings/enrolments, etc.,
with our current Payroll Clerk.  Each Clerk will process biweekly
payroll for approximately 300+ staff.  

Education:    
Postsecondary certificate/diploma and 3-5 years payroll
experience are assets

Days and Hours of Work:    
Monday-Friday business hours.  Occasional weekend or
overtime work (e.g., When Friday is a stat, payroll must be
complete by noon Mon in order for direct deposits to go into
employees' accounts on Thurs necessitating the Payroll Clerk
work on the weekend)
