0.5 FTE 37.5 hours/biweekly. Monday to Saturday, daytime, evenings, weekends. Must be available to work at all Clinic locations.
To provide RN services to our patients in our primary health care setting and working with our Refugee Engagement and Community Health Clinic team (REACH).
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
Currently registered with College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan.
CPR BLS for Health Care Provider.
Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and commitment to continuing professional development.
Clinic experience is an asset.
Embraces the principles of Primary Health Care and able to lead by example.
Committed to patient and family centred care and working with vulnerable and diverse populations.
Ability to work co-operatively and communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
Knowledge of and compatibility with the philosophy and policies of CHSA.
Must be bondable.
