Were looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as our full-time Financial Services Supervisor at our branch in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The High Street Branch offers various hours through 6 days of service to our membership, open Monday through Saturday each week. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members.

Your time:
Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives (frontline tellers)
Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals
Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members
Actively participating in the development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets
Fostering a compliance-driven, results-oriented sales culture focused on accuracy and performance.
