Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Position Description:
The Manager of Properties will assist the Director of Properties in overseeing all of YWCA Reginas 6 building and the maintenance staff. Reporting to the Director of Properties, this individual will manage building systems operation and management, the annual and monthly workplan, and assist in management of the properties staff work. This role will be responsible for the management and tracking of the associations assets. The ideal candidate will have strong mentoring, management and operations skills. We are ideally targeting someone with analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with building maintenance systems.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the direction of property operations and maintenance staff to achieve the highest possible level of service.
Assist in prioritizing work orders, and work on creating and implementing 5-year maintenance plans.
Management of assets including building, vehicles, etc.
Assist with the inspection schedule and actioning items to receive positive inspections
Work with Operations and other department to manage building accesses including keys and fobs
Secondary contact for fire and other alarms
AV/Security management
Qualifications:
Grade 12-General Educational Development
Preference will be given to those with working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general renovations.
5th Class Boiler Operator License/Certificate
Refrigeration Plant Operator License
First Aid/CPR Certification
5th Class Saskatchewan Drivers License
Must be able to provide a Criminal Record Check
