Description

We currently have an opening for a Buildings Lead/Project Manager in the Municipal Group in our Saskatoon office. In this position, you utilize your wide breadth of experience in client and project management to service clients in the commercial, municipal, and industrial buildings sector. Experience working directly with First Nations is an asset.  Position responsibilities include leading multi-discipline teams of professionals undertaking project development, planning, permitting and design, estimating and tendering, administering construction contracts, and commissioning of building projects. These projects may include commercial buildings, institutional buildings, public infrastructure, and others. As Project Manager, you will also be responsible for managing the project teams to execute the scope of work within the budget and schedules developed by you and the team. Additional duties include implementing and facilitating quality assurance reviews of the designs, and monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the project status internally and externally to our clients. You will participate in business development, proposal writing, proposal presentations, and mentoring and developing team members.
