Are you detail-oriented, love organizing, and enjoy working in a vibrant and eclectic business community? The Broadway Business Improvement District (BBID) is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help us keep things running smoothly while making Broadway Avenue one of the most exciting places in Canada! You will support the Executive Director with day-to-day operations while helping bring some of Saskatoons most-loved events to life.

What you will be doing:
    Be the welcoming face of Broadway, handling all public inquiries with a smile.
    Keep everything running like a well-oiled machineorganize board meetings, manage finances, order supplies, filing, and watering our office plants.
    Manage bookkeeping, invoices, and payments like a pro (no finance degree requiredjust great organizational skills).
    Be part of the action and help plan logistics for Broadways coolest events, from booking venues to contracting entertainment.
    Oversee the sponsorship, volunteer and vendor programs.
    Other duties as required.

What you bring:
    1 to 2 years of office experience.
    A degree, diploma, or certificate in office administration.
    Top-notch time management, communication, and organizational skills.
    Experience with Google Suite, QuickBooks, PayWorks, and Dropbox is a plus.
    Positive vibes and a can-do attitude.
