Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Provide support for project-based budgeting and reporting.
Prepare and assist with the submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports required by funders, ministries, or the Government of Canada.
Maintain and update the rent roll, ensuring accuracy in tenant payment records, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Coordinate and ensure timely deposit of collected rents, donations, and other payments, while regularly reconciling bank statements with internal records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial transaction records.
Perform maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
Oversee various financial functions, including monthly financial statements, bank deposits, audit activities, and regulatory reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Adaptability: Ability to learn multiple processes and provide support in other positions.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
Licensing: Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Sage 300 and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of NGO/Government Funding: Experience working with NGOs, government funding organizations, and Mtis and First Nation organizations is an asset.
