We are seeking a passionate engineer that will lead innovation in control systems and instrumentation design. What youll accomplish:
-Act as the lead authority regarding control systems and instrumentation
-Develop and implement control system/instrumentation designs and standards
-Develop control system architecture and block diagrams, communication network drawings, PLC and DCS panel drawings, instrument loop diagrams and junction box wiring diagrams
-Select appropriate instruments for measurement and control and prepare required specifications and data sheets
-Create instrument indices
-Prepare construction and engineering scopes of work, and equipment procurement packages, including supporting procurement with clarification responses and technical bid evaluations
-Ensure control systems and instrumentation meet technical specifications

Qualities and skills were seeking:
-Bachelor's degree in instrumentation or electrical engineering
-Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer or an Engineering Licensee with APEGS
-A minimum of 10 years of industrial mining experience in electrical and instrumentation analysis, design, construction and commissioning
-Familiar with industrial design codes and standards
-Planning, organization, and time management skills to coordinate efforts and meet deadlines

Work Location & Schedule:
-Saskatoon office
-Travel to Orano northern mine or project sites is required (4 days/month or 7 days every 2 months)
