Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in an office environment;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a strong team-oriented environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Publisher, Adobe)
- Bondable with willingness to complete Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and redirect calls as necessary
- Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries
- Prepare documents for mail and process
- Maintain petty cash
- Order office supplies, receive and put away
- Open and close files and maintain filing system
- Record meeting minutes, type and distribute as appropriate
- Other assigned duties as directed by the Executive Director
