Description

Opportunity:
The CAD Technologist will be working with our sales people and design team to create detailed drawings and quotes for office furniture. You will also provide technical support within our manufacturing environment to assist in producing our product portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
    Produce drawings of custom products and standard offerings
    Design and draft custom furniture
    Troubleshoot production & systems and provide technical assistance
    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

You have:
    Diploma from a recognized technologist program
    Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Working knowledge of AutoCAD
    Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
    Strong organizational and documentation abilities
    Experience working in a manufacturing environment with CNC equipment will be considered an asset

Expected hours: 40 Hours per week
