WHO WE ARE:
Thomas Circle of Care (TCOC) is one of the leading organizations that provide childcare support in the city of Regina. In partnership with the Ministry of Social Services, TCOC has been providing quality care to children aged 0-11 since 2013. TCOC has an exciting a full time and part-time opportunity for someone that is experienced and passionate to join our team in providing childcare support to our children.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures all programming, appointments, medications, visits, etc. are recorded and signed.
Provide children with age-appropriate activities and programs.
Assist with preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for the children while ensuring that food handling and storage follow appropriate safety guidelines.
Monitor behavioral issues and respond. appropriately, ensuring that children are safe.
Attend staff meetings and participate in safety related initiatives.
Adhere to all internal policies and procedures
Ensure the House Leader is kept apprised with all issues relating to the children's well-being and safety.
Complete ad hoc or regular reports (e.g. incident reports, daily log books).
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of child/family information.
Perform related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal Education  Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g Early Childhood Education or Social Work Diploma) is considered an asset.

Certifications/Training/Associations
First Aid & CPR (level C) with A.E.D is required.
Training in Behavioral and Crisis Management is an asset

Licenses
A valid class 5 drivers license is mandatory
