Employees in this exciting position provide support to Centre clients participants. The incumbent will interview, seek out resources and other dutie sas assigned by the Employment Services Team Leader.
- Develop trust relationships with participants
- Act as an advocate for participants
- Work with Community Organizations to support participants
- Work some flexible hours
- Prepare statistical and narrative reports
- Do case planning with participants, vocational counsellors and outside agencies to support participants experiencing difficulties with family, justice system, housing, mental health and addiction problems.
- Attend appointments with participants, provide own transportation for self and participants
- Must be addiction free
- Model positive behaviour
