Eaglestone Lodge seeking a reliable qualified applicant with experience in bookkeeping and administrative duties. The position would support the Adminstrative manager in managing weekly and monthly routine financial tasks such as and not limited to:
Pick up weekly mail
Pay operational bills
Complete Payroll
Resident invoicing (monthly)
Manage annual audit, year end and liaise with Accountant.
Operating knowledge of Quick books is ideal.
Knowledge working with Microsoft applications such as WORD, EXCEL would be valuable.
Looking to contract employee for 16 hours per week, out of scope. Might be an opportunity to expand this role to some administrative tasks. Wage negotiable and based on knowledge and experience.
