Our Regina office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Real Estate and Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As a Residential Real Estate and Conveyancing Paralegal, you will work as part of our Residential Real Estate and Conveyancing Team. You will assist with various aspects of residential real estate transactions, including preparation of purchase and sale, transfer and mortgage documents. You will work independently and will interact directly with clients, other law firms and financial institutions.

Qualifications:
    Minimum of 2 years of related experience;
    Education in office administration or a related field is an asset;
    Solid understanding of real estate procedures and principles;
    Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
    Proficient in real estate conveyancing programs;
    High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
    Excellent communication and organizational skills;
    Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
