Job Title: Social Worker  
Location: Saskatoon  
Position Type: Full-time  
Reports to: Program Manager

What Your Day Will Look Like: Under the Addictions Program Manager, the Social Worker provides services including psycho-social assessments, case coordination, and transition planning. This role supports high care standards and fosters a supportive environment. Knowledge of trauma-informed care and Patient and Family Centred Care is essential.  
Education: Bachelor of Social Work (BSW).  
Experience: Minimum three years of clinical experience in community mental health with children, youth, and families facing addiction.  
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of development, family dynamics, best practices in addiction treatment, evidence-based interventions, and strong communication skills.  
Other Information: Must have current registration with the SASW.  
Compensation: $29 to $38.50 per hour with benefits.
