Description

REACT requires a part-time Transfer Station Gate Attendant at our Transfer Station site located in LeRoy. Hours for this position are as follows:

May 1st - September 30th
Wednesdays 2:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturdays 10:00am - 4:00pm

October 1st - April 30th
Wednesdays 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Saturdays 11:00am - 4:00pm

We are looking to fill this position ASAP.

Duties include:  
- Supervision of site and operating to permit and regulations according to the Ministry of Environment
- Directing waste to appropriate disposal area and collecting fees
- Good communication skills
- Individual must follow direction and work as a team
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Accurate record keeping

No experience necessary. Will train.
Requires a valid class 5 driver's license.
