Navigation Psychology is a private practice located in Saskatoon. We're seeking a Registered Psychologist or Registered Social Worker to join our team as an independent contractor.

The role of Independent Contractor will involve:
Providing counselling services for individual adults
Maintaining client confidentiality and documentation according to professional guidelines
Maintaining responsibility for their own income taxes and CPP, EI, and WCB deductions as a self-employed contractor

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
Registered in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists or the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers
Candidates must be fully registered with their respective governing body. Provisional candidates will not be considered
Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology or social work
Experience providing long-term therapy to individual adults
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships, communicate clearly, and resolve conflicts effectively
Responsive to feedback from clients and colleagues
Organized, reliable, and conscientious

Navigation Psychology will provide:
Client referrals
Competitive compensation split (percentage of client fees). Pay is per client hour completed
