Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites is looking for a reliable Guest Services Representative. Experience is an asset, however, the employer is willing to train the right individual. Applicant must have a professional appearance and manner as well as outstanding customer service skills. Applicant must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must also be a self motivated and well organized individual, as well as able to work with minimum or no supervision. Knowledge or background on IHG systems and procedures would be an asset. MUST BE WILLING AND AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFTS INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND NIGHT AUDIT.
