As an Automotive Sales Specialist interact with customers online, over the phone and in-person to guide them through the vehicle purchase process. Using your outstanding communication and listening skills, youll help our customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations all while focusing on providing an exceptional experience.

Requirements:
Authorized to work in Canada with a Class 5 driver's license
Must submit to and adequately pass a pre-employment background screen before employment
Open availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays knowing that employees are required to stay until the customers purchase is complete and their satisfaction ensured
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelors degree preferred
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role required with experience in retail, sales, marketing, and customer service being preferred
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes: standing, sitting, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, lifting, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competitive spirit, drive, outgoing personality, consistency, and commitment to meet monthly sales objectives while following a daily plan
