What youll do:
The Meat Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the Meat department operations while maintaining a profitable department, high quality products and superb service levels.  The manager implements marketing ideas to promote the business, encourages a high level of employee engagement, maintains revenue and expense budgets, and meets budgeted productivity while keeping quality and guest service consistently high.

Additional responsibilities include:
Ensure established sale targets and margins are obtained
Explore opportunities to grow sales and increase margin
Lead training and development of team members with the department

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
You have 3-6 years experience in a retail environment with at least 1 year of in a leadership role
You have 2-5 years meat cutting experience.
You're experienced in leading a team with a focus on customer service.
You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
