Description

Maintenance role is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and equipment. The person serving as a maintenance worker will be responsible for taking care of guest requests when requested. The successful candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:

Basic understanding of general maintenance, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical
Experience with HVAC and/or chiller equipment is preferred, but not required
The General Maintenance Team Member must have strong mechanical abilities and be skilled in the use of basic hand and electric tools.
Basic communication skills
Ability to work safely, independently and follow written/verbal instructions
Responsibilities include the following however are not limited to:

Complete duties assigned by the manager:
Conduct routine maintenance orders such as paint and drywall repairs, routine electrical and plumbing maintenance, adjustment to the climatic control system, installing television sets, replacing/repairing locks, etc.
Conducting pool checks
Record and keep required maintenance records
Keep work shop in order and tool kit inventory in place
Report par stock needs to manager and maintain tools and equipment
Notify management where major repairs are needed.

MUST BE FROM REGINA, and ABLE TO WORK IN SASKATCHEWAN.
