Express Employment Professionals is currently looking for a Crew Supervisor for one of our top clients in Disaster Restoration sector.

Responsibilities:
    Extensive experience and knowledge in emergency mitigation and restoration processes.
    Solid understanding of reconstruction practices for properties impacted by water, wind, mold, fire, and vandalism.
    Ability to pass a criminal background check.
    Familiarity with Canadian building codes, particularly for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
    Personable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Xactimate is an asset.
    Strong safety orientation.
    Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
    Capable of performing physical tasks, such as material handling, lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in confined spaces (attics, basements, crawlspaces, and containments).
    At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the restoration, emergency, or related industries, with a proven ability to manage crews/trades.
    Knowledge of building materials that may contain asbestos, lead, or other hazardous substances.
    Expertise in asbestos abatement, containment, and disposal.
    Possession of a valid drivers license with a clean abstract.
    Exceptional leadership abilities.
    Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
    Ownership of a smartphone for using company apps, reporting, taking photos, and communication.
