Beauty 4 Life Inc. o/a Beauty 4 Life is currently hiring a Retail Sales Supervisor.

Job Location: Southland Mall, Unit 126A-2965 Gordon Road, Regina, SK S4S 6H7
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Shifts, including weekends
Salary: $22.00 per hour

Skills Requirements:
    Good command of English
    Strong customer service skills
    Previous experience in retail sales is required
    Supervisory experience is an asset
    Education: Secondary school diploma

Key Responsibilities:
    Supervise and coordinate sales staff
    Hire and train new employees
    Assign duties to sales workers
    Resolve customer complaints
    Monitor sales reports and manage merchandise orders
    Authorize payments and process returns
    Assist in selling merchandise
    Ensure compliance with mall regulations
